Ebidafrika.com welcomes new sellers/vendors to our market place. We are an online electronic bid, auction and liquidation market place. We deal in electronic products (Phones, Tablets, Laptops, Headset, Bluetooth speakers, Smart watches, Accessories, Game consoles, Televisions) and others.
Organizations, business and company that wish to sell on ebiafrika.com, can apply as a vendor/seller under ebidafrika.com and any organization, business and company who meets all requirements will be eligible to sell on ebidafrika.com. Individuals are not accepted to sell at ebidafrika.com.
A seller or vendor who is approved to sell at our marketplace must agree to the following rules:
1. A seller/vendor is responsible for his or her products and will stand to defend his or her products in case of a report by a buyer.
2. Any dealer who has his products returned 3 consecutive times due to malfunction, fake items, wrong description or misinformation will cease to be a vendor/seller under ebidafrika.com and can no longer sell on ebidafrika.com and will pay any penalty that comes with it.
3. Seller or vendor have different options to sell their products
a. BID ONLY
This option allows customers to place bid on the products. The highest bidder wins the product at the end of the bidding cycle.
b. BUY NOW
This option helps the buyer to buy the product right away without bidding
c. OFFER BUTTON
This option helps the buyer to offer a price for the products. If the offer is accepted by the Seller, the buyer pays and receive the product
4. A seller or vendor who sells his/her product on ebidafrika.com will pay a service fee of 2.5% of the total cost of the item sold.
5. After your item is sold and the buyer confirms that he or she has received the product and is satisfied, ebidafrika.com will send payment to the seller via the payment method of his/her choice.
